Global Campus

Syracuse Architecture offers invigorating opportunities for advanced-level architecture students to spend a semester or a summer studying in one of our global campus settings. Undergraduate students typically study away in the fourth year of the B.Arch program and graduate students in the third year of the M. Arch I Program. Most students attend one of our global campus centers for a single semester, but the opportunity exists to enroll for two consecutive semesters, as well. Our programs are also open to non-SU students who study architecture and are currently enrolled in an accredited architecture program.

Regular semester offerings for undergraduate and graduate study take place in our NYC , Florence , and London centers. Special scholarship opportunities exist to aid students in taking advantage of these programs.

In addition to the regular semester offerings, students have opportunities to study at sites worldwide as part of our short-term travel programs during the regular semester and in the summer. Previous programs have included travel to Ghana, Greece, Germany, Russia, Spain, Austria, China, and Japan. In all cases, the programs of study are an integral part of the undergraduate curriculum making them easy and attractive options.

The School of Architecture also offers a unique program designed for students who are not currently in a professional program in architecture, but would like to study architecture in a foreign setting. The Pre-Architecture Program is an excellent opportunity to gain studio experience and develop a portfolio that can be used for applying to schools of architecture.
